What we collect

• Booking requests: name, email, phone, trip dates, delivery address and notes, stored so the concierge can confirm your trip.
• Driver verification: license and insurance details and document images, used only to confirm eligibility with your carrier. Your date of birth is used for an age check and is not stored with your booking.
• On this device: your own request list and verification status are kept in your browser so you can check them later. Clearing site data removes them.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your information with advertisers. Details are shared only with the insurance carrier verifying your coverage, payment and e-signature providers used to complete your rental, and authorities where required by law (for example, toll or citation notices).

Retention and your choices

Booking records are kept for accounting and insurance purposes; verification documents are deleted when your verification expires or on request. To access, correct or delete your information, contact the concierge.
